Membership fees are not part of the rewards program
You will not earn reward points on the amount you pay towards a monthly membership. Points accrue on services, and the two programs stack rather than overlap.

Your treatment credits and member pricing apply at every regular visit, month after month, for as long as you are a member.

As your plan evolves, Dr. Mikki revisits whether your tier still fits, so membership stays matched to what you are actually doing.
Payment plans through CareCredit
Not every treatment is a monthly one. Medrein accepts CareCredit at the Southlake, TX clinic, a credit card you can use to spread the cost of a treatment over time rather than pay for it in a single visit. It works alongside a membership, or on its own.
What we can and cannot promise about financing
CareCredit is a subsidiary of Synchrony Bank, and every application is subject to their credit approval. Medrein does not make the lending decision and cannot guarantee one, so treat approval as a question for CareCredit rather than a step we can complete for you.

I almost skipped membership because it sounded like an upsell. It isn't. Dr. Mikki looked at what I was already booking every month and told me which tier actually saved money, not the most expensive one. Results may vary, but the math she walked me through was honest.
A consultation decided my tier, not a sign-up form. That is the part I did not expect.

How do the Beauty, Glow, and Laser Club memberships work?
Each club is a monthly plan that bundles treatment credits with member pricing.
- Beauty Club ($100/month): Facial, Neurotoxin, Filler, and Laser credits, with $9/unit Jeuveau and $50 off fillers.
- Glow Club ($225/month): a monthly HydroFacial with dermaplaning or microneedling, plus 10% off retail products.
- Laser Club ($550/month): our most-booked tier. One monthly laser treatment, plus deeper resurfacing credits and BBL HEROic access.

Which membership tier is right for me?
It depends on which treatments you keep up with regularly. If that is facials and injectables, Beauty or Glow Club. If it is an ongoing laser or resurfacing plan, Laser Club. Dr. Mikki makes the call at your consultation.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Yes to both. You can move up or down a tier, or cancel, by calling the clinic at (214) 702-5225. Notice periods differ by tier, so ask us to confirm yours in writing before you join.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
It depends on your tier. Ask Dr. Mikki or the front desk at your consultation and we will tell you exactly how your credits work before you join.
Who performs my membership treatments?
Dr. Haritha Mikkilineni, MD, conducts every consultation herself and personally performs most procedures, including injectables and lasers. Anything she does not perform herself is carried out under her direct supervision in the clinic. Membership changes what you pay and how often you come in, not who treats you.
How do I join a membership tier?
Book a consultation online or call the clinic at (214) 702-5225. Dr. Mikki confirms your candidacy at that visit and recommends a tier. You can enroll on the spot or take the recommendation home. Booking the consultation does not commit you to joining.
How does the rewards program work, and do membership fees earn points?
You earn one point for every dollar you spend on our services, and at 3,000, 5,000 or 10,000 points you choose one service to redeem. Membership fees are the exception: they are not part of the rewards program, so the amount you pay towards a monthly club does not earn points.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We accept CareCredit, a credit card you can use to spread the cost of treatment over time. CareCredit is a subsidiary of Synchrony Bank and applications are subject to credit approval, so approval is theirs to give rather than ours.
Can a membership plan be customised?
Yes. If none of the standard tiers matches what you actually book, call the clinic at (214) 702-5225 and we will build the plan around your treatments instead.
